• VIP Indoor: Enclosed, covered parking with extra protection from weather and sea air - perfect for guests who prefer their car to stay clean and cool. Located just steps from the ship, so no cart rides are needed.

Q: How close are the lots to the cruise terminals?

Q: Are the lots secure?

Yes! Both Park N Cruise Indoor and Gated and VIP Indoor are well-lit and staffed on cruise days for your peace of mind. Lots are securely locked during non-cruise days.

Q: Do you offer electric vehicle charging?

We do not currently offer electric vehicle charging.

Q: Can I park an oversized vehicle?

Oversized vehicles can be accommodated based on space availability. Please be sure to let us know in advance if your vehicle size changes from your original reservation.

No trailers, RVs, or buses, please - our lots aren't designed for extended-length vehicles.

Q: Do I need to print my confirmation?

Both printed and email confirmations on your mobile device are accepted.

Q: Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can modify or cancel up to 72 hours before your scheduled check-in.

Please note: a $25.00 cancellation fee per order applies to all valid cancellations.

Q: What if I don't cancel within 72 hours?

Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash payments or checks at check-in. Advanced online reservations are strongly encouraged for a streamlined customer experience.

We recommend arriving 2-3 hours before boarding to avoid congestion and enjoy a smooth start to your trip. Cruise day parking runs from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
