• VIP Indoor: Enclosed, covered parking with extra protection from weather and sea air - perfect for guests who prefer their car to stay clean and cool. Located just steps from the ship, so no cart rides are needed.
Q: How close are the lots to the cruise terminals?

Q: Are the lots secure?
Yes! Both Park N Cruise Indoor and Gated and VIP Indoor are well-lit and staffed on cruise days for your peace of mind. Lots are securely locked during non-cruise days.
Q: Do you offer electric vehicle charging?
We do not currently offer electric vehicle charging.
Q: How do I make a reservation?

Q: Do I need to print my confirmation?
Both printed and email confirmations on your mobile device are accepted.
Q: Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel up to 72 hours before your scheduled check-in.
Please note: a $25.00 cancellation fee per order applies to all valid cancellations.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

We recommend arriving 2-3 hours before boarding to avoid congestion and enjoy a smooth start to your trip. Cruise day parking runs from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
